To do that the easiest way to buy from our website is to create an account. This makes your check out process just a few clicks and makes returns just as easy.
*As a small store we only receive 6-12 pieces in small size quantities and try to keep our inventory ever evolving. To accommodate this process we need to hear from you within 7 days of receipt of package. This allows our items with waitlisted customers to be notified. These items must be in new conditions (no deodorant, no make-up, tags attached and must be scent free).

Full-price merchandise purchased on rococomi.com are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days items are eligible for an exchange or store credit up to 14 days of receipt. Items purchased in-store are not eligible for a refund. In-store purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit. IMPORTANT: items must be post marked within 7 days or will not be eligible for a refund. After 7 days or receipt items will be eligible for store credit or exchange.
